P90X Week 12 Day 2

Final Plyometrics in round 1 of P90X is DONE and it was incredible! I really felt on top of my game this morning.

I did something a bit different this last round. I first did Turbo Jam Fat Blaster, a High Intensity Interval Training, 30 minute workout. It really got my energy flowing.

I also altered my environment. It is currently 73 degrees and sunny. So, I moved my workout outside in the heat and humidity. Believe it or not, it really added to the intensity of the workouts.

What a grand finale for a grand routine.

    Boomer, surprisingly it was not. TJ really energizes me in a way P90X does not.

    I love it!
