Week 7 Day 3

Published by fit40s at 11:18 am under Ab Ripper X, Back & Bicep, HIIT Edit This

Back & Bicep, ARX and HIIT.

What an incredible workout. I am spent. On Back and Bicep I bypassed all pull-ups. I didn’t do a single one. I wanted to increase my weights on this workout but I knew my body would crash prior to finishing if I incorporated pull-ups as well. I may do some pull-ups this afternoon or evening. I don’t know.

ARX was killer! Monday I was able to do 50 Mason Twists without stopping. Today I barely hit 30. But, the abs are weak and burning.

As for HIIT, I am going to have to fuel my body and do it later on. There is a terrible storm moving through the area so it may have to be done on my elliptical. Oh well, my Nike Sports Kit will be here tomorrow.

Now, on to a Big announcement. In a day or so my blog will be moving to Today.com. I do not yet know what my URL will be but as soon as I do I will let you know. I hope to see you all there. So, please be sure to visit often and bookmark the page.

URRR………..Time to raid the fridge.

UPDATE:

HIIT is done.  8000 stairs on my elliptical. What a burn.

    Hey there,

I just wanted to be the first to comment on your today.com blog. Btw, it looks real nice!

    Keep pushing play!

Hey guys, thanks for visiting my new home. As you can see from the comment section there are still a few kinks to work out, but I am lovin’ it here.

Big, thank you for the kind words. As for doing to much and getting burnt out, I don’t see that happening. I mean, I still am not excited about exercise, however, as the days go by it’s becoming less of a “burden.”

In the meantime, I will have to copy what you all write that lands in the white section. When the comments are repaired I will be erase the duplicates.
